Lord Siva can't believe in the bad things and evil things that are happening in the world and he's trying to solve and just when it's all the evil things and when there is not anything, we are alone and we are disappointed by the pupils and we have many complaints about the world and the surroundings that we have all around. So I just want to give my view that we all have to believe in God
