It's like a habit or a pattern that's ingrained in our DNA and we find comfort whenever we return to that particular place. It can be alcohol, it can be in a type of relationship or a way that we handle confrontation. Let's say that my habit of handling confrontation is I just go hide away and I'm quiet and I don't say anything. So to break that, I have to first be aware of it
