And slowing down and feeling that you start to feel like you are held, like you are in and embrace. We have a tendency to fall into pits of shame and doubt and anger, resentment, sadness. Life is definitely not a race. And you are speaking so much truth and lovingly and beauty in this post, and it's great to hear. I think that more and more people are beginning to adopt these beliefs and, you know, pick up these mindsets and mentality. And even believing in the slightest is better than that little bit of fake it till you make it. It does help.
