Ah. Congratulations to this eleven year old for writing an adventure. I really, really salute that. Having said that, I do have one question. Why all these, you know, American names? I do know that you're Indian and you are being recognized as an Indian writer. Why all these American names? Why not Indians also going for an adventure?

At that time, I hadn't yet explored the amazing works of Indian authors like Sudham Otimam and Mr. Ruskin Bond and Munship Prem Chanji. So my early literary endeavors naturally reflect the Western inspirations that shaped my young imagination

Good afternoon Abir. How have you been? So this is a really young age and you have already accomplished so much as an author, musician and even a theatre artist. Can you please elaborate on what was your journey regarding this and what inspired you to start writing books?

Hello. Good afternoon. I am doing very well. And to answer your question, I have a family and a background where arts are encouraged. And also, because I am an avid reader, I believe that a book can teach you what life takes you many years to teach. It can teach you in a month. So I have been reading books since a very young age, and I think that it's a great medium of connecting with yourself and also to learn something new

Indeed, abir like you are living many lives with each book you read. And this is really interesting to know about your reading interests. And first of all, congratulations on your adventurous book The Mysterious World. The name in itself looks very mysterious. So your first book was written when you were just eight and completed it by nine. How did you manage to balance your writing with other interests and activities of yours, like music and theater interests? Then you have computer programming and developing apps and all
ABEER BHARDWAJ
@AbeerBhardwajย ยทย 0:28
And I think that it is very important to prioritize your day and see what matters the most to you and what is very important for you and work according to that
Damanpreet Kaur

You have nailed it absolutely right. Abir. Because yes, this is the thing that when you prioritize every task, you are not bounded with the workload, you just switch into chunks of work. And that makes it quite easier to do whatever you want in a pleasable way. You have been learning Hindustani classical vocals. Right. And you have already achieved your wishtrad degree, which is truly commendable. Now, would you like to express that? How has your passion for music influenced your writing skills?
ABEER BHARDWAJ
@AbeerBhardwajย ยทย 0:25
I think that arts are linked together and not distinctive. Therefore, if you go by me my love for music has enhanced my writing. Because vocals, especially Hindustani classical vocals, are all about the emotion, like Bhajans represent devotion. So each word of your Bhajan should represent the emotion which you're standing for. So music has taught me the ability to mindfully, feel and to express my emotions, which has been really useful for me in writing

I guess music worked as meditation and this type of meditation worked as magic for you because of your mindfulness and your patience to write a book. This is just amazing. So this conversation is feeling really crisp and quick, right? Quite enjoyable to me. Hope you are feeling the same. So though my next question to you is that you have also delved into the computer programming and you have developed various applications and games, right?
ABEER BHARDWAJ
@AbeerBhardwajย ยทย 0:17
You. Surprisingly, the process of developing applications and games requires problem solving and creativity. Interestingly, I found that this experience of diving into complex issues and finding solutions honed through programming has been quite valuable in overcoming brightest blocks and similar challenges in my writing pursuits

Okay, so this problem solving tech inherited from the tech has been the main reason for Abir for the patience to create a mind blowing adventure. You know, Abir, I'm just turning into a fan of yours because I have never been met with such a young guy full of wit. So now as performances on the prestigious stages and being a part of esteemed theatre groups is quite an achievement. It how has this experience or this achievement in theaters influenced your storytelling and writing style?
ABEER BHARDWAJ
@AbeerBhardwajย ยทย 0:34
I think that theatre has played a crucial role in shaping my writing style, because theatre involves developing deeper and more relatable characters. Because as a theatre artist, you have to read a script multiple times, you have to imbibe the character and almost forget your identity for some time when you're on stage. So you have to think like the character, you have to speak like the character and you have to feel the character

Great. This may mean that while writing the book, you have permitted yourself to be a part of it, to have the flow with it. So, moving further, your book seems to be a thrilling adventure with mysterious places and obstacles. Can you please share with us the inspiration behind the plot and the process of writing?
ABEER BHARDWAJ

For those who don't know, my book is about a girl called Annie and her brother John and the challenges which they face in a realm separate from theirs. And the relationship between the two one of mutual care, love, empathy and last, but not the least, looking out for one another is inspired by the bond which I share with my twin sister. The numerous obstacles which the two faced were inspired by fantasy literature, which I absolutely love reading
Damanpreet Kaur
@authordamanย ยทย 0:48
Amazing. The story and the plot is thrilling. And the explanation of the relation of a brother and sister is emotionally more bounding. So abhish. Before concluding this session and this fascinating conversation, I would like to thank you for being a part of this interview as a fantastic guest. Despite of your diversified interest and giving time to them, you have spared your valuable. Time for us is really a special thing for which we are very grateful to you

First of all, it's my pleasure. That spell has given me such a great platform to share my thoughts with you. And secondly, one of the most crucial messages I want to convey to fellow writers is to persevere and not give up. Writing a book is undeniably challenging, especially when juggling studies or other commitments. But if writing brings you joy, never let go of it for anything else. Prioritize what makes you happy. And yes, that's it for today
