Hi Priya. I loved your swell and loved the topic about hard work and smart work. I agree with you about hard work and smart work being blended together to be able to work effectively and save time as well as bring out quality of work in the given period of time without too much exhaustion. I agree that work brings out the quality and smart work helps you save the time to do the same quality of work in a particular time that would be less if done through smart work
