article image placeholderUploaded by @Prriya_3184
It's really high time for us to step back from social media and concentrate on healthy social life instead. So I have certain tips, certain measures to overcome this fear or this feeling of FOMO. First is change your focus. Instead of focusing on what you lack, try to notice what you have. This FOMO have led to this feeling of dissatisfaction. So by changing your focus and noticing what important things you have in your life will help you to reduce this feeling of dissatisfaction

But don't you think in this race of winning over social media not only are we getting affected by it, we in general are losing what's raw in us and are getting us like everyone else. Where is the newness? Here is what my question is the measures that you mentioned in The Swell further will definitely help people to think about actual social connections. After all, human connections via social media you never know how long it will exist

Rather, we stay busy on our phones and constantly thinking that others have a better life than us. But we should realize that we are truly blessed that we have a family or friends or anybody in our life who can support us, because surely the person who is posting their life on social media will not come to our help whenever we'll need them. They're just there, like millions of others who are posting their lives on social media
