It's long time no talk, Professor 42. Happy Black History month. Some of you may be wondering why I am creating a new swell. I thought you were done with this platform, professor. And I am. But before I left this platform, I switched to a narrative of creating wells that mattered, creating swells that highlighted issues, things that I thought were important. And today's swell is about biracial people or mixed race people. So what inspired this swell?

Because what I wanted to be really clear, especially the area that my nieces are being raised in, I wanted to be clear as a reminder and open up the floor for a dialogue between myself and my sister in law and my brother. Hey, they are being raised in a predominantly white area. And please be sure that they understand their black and brown history

I obviously can't really fully give my opinion because, again, it's not really my place to say, but I feel as though you are valid because you definitely would want your nieces and nephews to experience both sides kind of going on that train of thought. I know I mentioned this before, but my niece is biracial as well. But because she has a darker complexion, you can't tell she's biracial. So primarily she's been around my family
