Legal Dispute: Property Boundary Line

article image placeholderUploaded by @Professor42
It's. Professor 42 I wanted to make this swell as a follow up to the swell that I made, which was in relation to Codes finelaw.com. Sort of give an update, give a little bit of a background information as to what that dispute was. That was a bound line dispute between myself and the actual state department of transportation that I live in. So the property that I bought was not only raw land, but land that was abused during its time

I won and get to keep the work I put in part #1 former dump site transformed into something better

Part 2

And I wanted to make this well, to sort of encourage others not to be malicious or aggressive or challenge everything, but to go ahead and do your research to see if you can come to a resolution that satisfies you and the parties involved when it comes to disputes. Because had I not done the research that I had done, I often don't like to talk figures, but this would have been around $1,200 just thrown away

Hey, it's JL. Thank you for sharing that example. There are about four plots of land I'm looking at. Well, really only two. And this is land the owner is willing to sell just for the taxes that are due on the land, the back taxes. Now, one of the plots, the neighbor, because it's been vacant for so long, the neighbor parks extra cars there. They have old tires there, cars that look like they're being repaired

Hey, JL. I'm just responding to this very quickly. If you're going to be up, I'm definitely going to not only provide the photo that I said I was going to provide before, but also give you some resources for what would be a less expensive option to establish your boundary line. Look for that in maybe an hour or so. Or, if you want, just check it tomorrow and my follow up response to this will be there

@Her_Sisu Advice and before photo

But if you cannot work it out with them and they don't want to work with you at all in regard to giving you some kind of value for it, I would definitely just let them know they have a limited amount of time to remove their stuff. And if you need to install trail cams, install trail cams and wireless cameras. And anytime there's motion detected on your property, you'll get a notification sent directly to your phone
