Threads: An Instagram team App

article image placeholderUploaded by @Professor42
If there was, I may not have caught that or listened on further, but I recently downloaded the Metaverse app at a recommendation of a friend. They didn't even use it. It just popped up on their feed. They're like, hey, did you see Metaverse's answer to Twitter? And I said, no. So I said, you know what? I'll try it out. I'll see what it's like

What are your thoughts on this so far? Have you tried it? I know another swell was created on this topic but here's a different take

I haven't checked it definitely before COVID So it's been years since I've checked Twitter. And so when I was seeing people post about threads, I said, you know, let me jump on this. What I did appreciate was how Meta had synced it where you could create a threads account based on your Instagram account and it already synced to your current followers and you could just go ahead and pull over your bio and information

Hey, JL wanted to respond to this. I am responding to a lot of the swells that I missed in their responses. Yeah, I've used it. I went back in, used it, created my first thread. And I can't say it's terrible. I but I can't say that I'm going to be using it a lot

Hey, professor 42, good to hear your voice. You know, I had similar feelings to JL at the beginning there. I really appreciated all of the ways to port your info from Instagram. I liked that if someone signed up for threads from your Instagram account, there they are, you're just in one place and it's very easy. I will say that it's had a pretty no noticeable drop off since the buzz of that first week
