How was your day?

It's. Professor 42 here's a swell, a style of a swell I've never done before. You see, swell to me is a platform that is more geared towards personalized content, meaning people having conversations, talking amongst each other. You can almost liken it to a group of friends sitting around a campfire. So with that said, I'd like to ask, how was your day? What did you do today and how did it go?

Very random but swell is a platform for engagement through conversation right?

So I spend a lot of time networking, introducing myself, following up email or phone calls. And then there's a segment of my day, about 20 minutes or so, because I know my limit, where I'm reaching out to people who might need real estate investor assistance, whether they need to move immediately or need resources on how to save their home or they are in pre foreclosure or auction status. And they need for me to sell their home immediately so that they can start their new beginning

My Day

You happy. Happy Thursday. I often will look back at my calendar week and explore what I did and where the opportunities were. It's not as often that I'll look at a day and just talk through it, so I appreciate the approach here and let's give it a shot. I also have a day off today. I took a couple of days off just to focus on my mental health and recollect my thoughts going into a busier season for work

Hey, JL wanted to respond to you, got a little bit of time. First of all, I just want to say thank you for mentioning headway. I never knew about this type of service. I mean, when I was in school, this was like two months after I graduated, but I found out about Cliff Notes, which obviously if we got assigned a book, you can just read the Cliff Notes and get all the answers and stuff like that

I use the sticky notes on windows, and then I also use my own notes application in my phone, so that's one thing that I do. You always feel better when you have a list of things that need to be done, and you get all those done and cross each thing off. Sounds like a very productive and very busy day for you. The podcasting, the swell, the walks, and you did mention mental health, which is always important

And then after that I just essentially am off my phone and then I incorporate my evening routine, which again is a reflection on my day but successes, thanking myself, expressing gratitude to me, saying my prayers, doing some form of meditation and then off to sleep I go. The only time I might pick up my phone is to go to YouTube. If I find that I am not able to sleep, energy rise
