Changes:A time capsule

I met some people, we primarily work remote and oftentimes we meet via teams. We do video calls, we do regular calls, we exchange messages, emails, pretty much all day. And though even though we are working remotely, some of my coworkers I got to know on a personal level. And over time we created memories. And there's a particular coworker on my mind who has announced that they may be leaving the company. And for me it's very hard to acknowledge and accept this

I see that in you. But what you struggle what I've observed is where you struggle is that you aren't able to accept change in people. Mic Drop because I honestly thought that I and I was kind of taking aback like what are you talking about? No, I definitely can take change in all things. No, I can swerve with the best of them on a process change. I can push the message. I can implement the change

So that way, when someone else has to come into that role and it's a different person with a different name and different mannerisms and different quirks, et cetera, that I can flow with that just like I would any other process change. And sometimes it works. I'll be transparent, and sometimes it takes me a couple more days to let that sink in for it to work. But nonetheless, well, let me take that back
