You really bring up such a good point of feeling burnt out. It's an overwhelmingly common scenario, but nobody likes to talk about it because we strive to have high energy levels, high productivity levels and achieve, achieve, achieve. I think we all need reminders, though, that rest is an achievement as well, and especially in today's hustle culture. More to come on this from me. I think it deserves a bit on its own, though.
