Hi Product Chibi thanks so much for your posts. I really agree with rest and being able to let the body recover and the mind recover and also I wanted to ask do you feel like during these times of rest is one way to acknowledge the progress but also learn from maybe any mistakes that can be fixed? Like the next time you're pushing past your limit or not trying to achieve burnout, but you inevitably achieve burnout again?

Hey, thanks for your ask. I think progress and reflection go hand in hand. So yes, definitely having moments to consider what worked or didn't work is helpful. I'm actually undergoing a bit of an unproductive low energy period myself, but I'm naturally more reflective, so it's something I end up doing frequently. So I can definitely say that it helps. These systems that you're creating to reach greater levels of productivity are highly iterative
