Hobbies to calm down anxiety

I'm not saying that these hobbies will remove your anxiety I'm just saying that for that particular period of time I mean for that period of time on which you are doing these hobbies you will feel little bit better compared to the time when you are attacked by that anxiety. The first thing you can do is write expressively. Nowadays writing is very very common because whatever language you're comfortable in be Telugu, English, Hindi, whatever it is just write

So, yes, definitely reading, writing, walking, exercising, and staying mindful, basically in whatever you're doing, whether you're playing with little fur animals like you said, or whether you may be even listening to something or cooking or whatever it is, staying mindful and staying present in the moment is really important. And that, I think, helps you to keep your mind focused on that particular activity and keeps your anxiety at base. So, yes, these tips are really helpful
