Maladaptive Daydreaming

It can lead to inform you because daydreaming can actually be a sign that you are actually escaping from reality, that of reality escape, particularly the world, which is according to you, which is according to your mind, your comfort. You would be surprised. You would find it surprising to know that basically the psychology it considers valid, appropriate dreaming as a construct and not a dishonest. And often experts still find it difficult to diagnose injury as there is no such method

You need to set walls within you and that person so that they are no more effective. And also you need to start meditating. And also you need to think about why am I daydreaming when you get that urge to Daydream when you get a random thought, just push back yourself in reality and listen and just think that am I doing it right? Or just start meditating, go and see a therapist
