I think that we can get wrapped up in life of survival, really, of having to work and do all the things, and it can take a toll on our body, and we forget to do the things that bring us the connection and friendship and community that really keeps us going, keeps our spirit going. So I definitely feel like this is a really big message and I'm taking it with me. So thank you so much again for sharing this
