Sleep is vital- Your body depends on it!

If you watch a scary movie, read an emotionally driven article, or consume any other anxiety provoking content on your screen, it can affect your ability to fall asleep. Sleep clinicians recommend putting away all screens at least 1 hour before bed and to instead do some light reading or other relaxing activity. Thus, sleep and mental health go hand in hand. Good sleep is essential for maintaining our baseline mental health, as one night of sleep deprivation can dramatically affect mood the next day

"Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise". Sleep is vital to maintain our well being. #collegevoiceindia #swellcast

So one thing I was thinking is, as students, we all know sometimes we are bombarded with assignments and stuff and to complete them by the deadline, we choose to stay awake at late hours of the night. So one thing I would like to add on is time management is very important to make sure sure that we do not go through this problem at the end. I would like to say lovely, swell and thank you

Hi Burka. Thanks for this piece of information and I just like to give my view on it. First of all, I completely agree with you. We all have such a messed up sleep schedule these days. Like from the teenagers to the adults, everyone is staying up late at night, getting up early in the morning because they have to go to work and this could be due to stress and workload or just for enjoyment
