If we say the internal processes it could mean the memory, the reasoning and imagination. This is what will create the internal dialogues that reflects our belief, desires and fear

When we take time to feel calm, content and pampered, our emotional energy gets a boost and then we are able to spread it out to the people we love and even they feel better around us. It so yes, we all need to fill our cups before it gets to a point where we are worn out and we have nothing to give it to anyone. So that is how we have to nurture ourselves and without guilt. Mind-breath.

So now the difference here is when one has a sort of regulation over their breath, they will attend the work and it will be completed precision perfect. And there will be nothing. Like a doubt of confusion or suspicion you will not be stressed and seldom you will feel the negativity of the mind so doubts always arises from the mind, never from the heart rarely and one more characteristic of the mind is mind rarely appreciates. Mind rarely appreciates. And what is the abhiyasa means?

It is accepting the present reality and it's not just thinking about past or running about future. So that takes a lot of training, that takes a lot of practice because it's not just single day thing that you just sit one day, learn meditation. And when there's one thing people are trying to coming up to me and asking can you teach meditation? I think there's nothing to be taught about meditation. In simple words, I would say sit down quietly, doing nothing

I don't think on the plane that you think on and that the other folks seem to think on. I'm not there. I'm just on the average ordinary plane, I guess you'd say. There's one last thing I would want to say. If you're trying to fill your cup and there are some disturbances in your mind about someone else's voice, you just don't have to reply to it. Just ignore it. It will make you much more powerful than you are

But there came a phase in my life where I got into panic, anxiety and all, maybe because if you've been through my page, you would know that we're talking about people pleasing and that thing maybe affected me somewhere and somehow came out in a bizarre way. So when I was going through this anxiety and panic phase, I have noticed that those inner voices which were so positive for me, which were my driving force, they were like a petrol to my car
