While you may lose weight in the short term, it's not healthy or sustainable. Weight loss solution. Additionally, not eating has the potential to cause serious harm to your mental health. And you may also find yourself gaining more weight than you have initially had, you can get frequent feelings of tiredness, headache. So I would say please don't skip meals. If you want to lose weight, lose it in a balanced way. Weight loss doesn't mean starvation

Always Weight loss need not be fat loss

Yes, there are lot of transformations, a lot of diets, everything. But yes, starvation mainly tampers our immunity system. Many people who starve or who don't eat the right calories or who don't even take maintenance calories, are more prone to autoimmune diseases. Just weight loss is not at all important. Yes, if we starve first, the water inside our body will go out. Next, the muscle will degenerate. The loss of muscle will be there. It is very dangerous

You. When the fat is broken down, there are two major byproducts which are released, that is water and carbon dioxide. So those are the only two ways you can lose your weight, which is through exhalation of carbon dioxide and of taking off water from your body. It has nothing to do with your intake or your appetite or anything. That's how people manage to eat everything and if they could break down the fat, I think they're good
