My inner child needs a HUG 🤗🤗

But I'm aware of the reason now. So I just want to reparent my inner child now. I want to tell my inner child that I love her and that she is safe and loved and I protect her. It's okay to feel sad, scared, anxious, and it's okay to say no. And I am kind, smart, funny, important and loved. And I'm happy that she's there. She is so strong

You. So at present, the therapy I need is that missing love. And you know, in a really loving world, no therapy would be needed by anyone because love is enough. Hugging is the only gesture of love, of warm and of care. And it can actually melt you like ice. And it can melt your cold ego. It can make you a child again. So in the morning when I woke up, I could feel that my inner child wanted me to hug her

You, I very intently was going through the post that you have just written about the inner child needing a heart. And it is such a beautiful thing to imagine if you just try and draw the images of sort of an animated version of but it just certainly looks so beautiful where all our inner child come together and play. Hug each other and we could watch them play and watch them have fun and show our hair everything with that innocence that existed when we were children

Hi, Yuvi. Thank you so much for stopping by and putting in your time to listen to my post. I hope it has helped you a bit. And I just want to say that I was not able to hear anything because there was so much of background noise. But that's important that what I spoke has reached you up, and that is what my purpose was. And I hope it heals you

And for the kind of troubles and traumas we've had, it is very essential that we let go and we forgive ah, forgive whoever caused it and forgive them and forgive our past and still let that child be alive. Because the innocence is still not gone yet. But that's essentially what I meant

Everything starts with us, whether it's kindness, it's love, it's spreading joy, or taking charge of your own recovery. So, yes, you said it right. Set goals for your healing process to begin with. After we forgive ourselves, it's important to talk things over with other people. And the best thing I say is ask for forgiveness and

Sorry, I think Swell has this time constraint, so I had to reply the next one. So yes, you can write a letter of forgiveness to yourself whenever you felt that you had feelings of guilt, shame, fear, anything, it works. And whatever the situation is, you have to learn to move on. And it's not that depression is something that stops us from living. I now and for past many years I've been living a life like a normal person

I would say that visualization can be a powerful tool for emotional healing. Talk to your inner child in your mind. Remind yourself that you are there for your inner child and that you will protect and support it. Why do you need someone to support? Go on a date with yourself or with your inner child. Do whatever you like because there will be no one to ask you or judge you. Agramapni Kahuto jabi lonely Field kurta I just enter into an astral state

Hi, Pragati. Your shwell is really thought provoking, and what you said is absolutely true. Most of the times in the childhood, children are not given that freedom to express what they feel, that freedom to share what they are going through
