I think it's a great initiative. Basically, my question is that do you like listening to guitar? Because I think I can play it decently. So I would like to play it for you. That's my question
So, yes, I like listening to guitar. And thank you so much once again, for this wonderful gesture that you share it. And thank you for your response. Good night. Bye

Hello. So can I play for it? Play guitar for you live? Like on call? Or like, can I share a video to you? But I would prefer I would play for you on call. So would you like to hear on call my live guitar?

Hello. Hey, I have a serious question for you. I just need to know the fundamentals or the basic construction of love life. I mean, you could share your journey in your love life and what you have constructed for this. You know, it could be like a found foundation. So what foundation have you made for someone to love you? Or what foundation have you made to love someone? I'm just curious about that at this moment in time. Is onto this and
Hi, Rohan. Okay, talking. From my experiences, I feel freedom is a true love's foundation. And from freedom comes respect and trust. So without these three things can't accept or give love. I think there should be liberty in relationship. That's beautiful. You can't claim to love someone while trying to restrict them. It's like honoring your partner's freedom. You don't restrict your partner from doing the things that make them happy

So my question to you is that since you are into a very fascinating kind of job, this work of dietitian, where you must be coming across a large variety of people who must be struggling with their weight issues, who must be going through a lot of personality problems in their life because of their weight issues, because of their lifestyle problems, and they must be approaching you even for a large number of diseases where they need to get into a proper kind of a diet plan to get rid of that disease
The nutrition advice I give to my patients, they listen attentively and they even follow the instructions for a small bit of time. But in the real world, if you ask me, this usually doesn't stay for long because food is personal, it is emotional and our culture, our holidays, our identities are all wrapped up in the food we eat
You can have it once a week, you can have it twice a week, but in moderation. And then you have to make sure that whatever you eat, you are burning it out. So I don't encourage mindless eating at all. And a nutritionist or any doctor, we are not magicians, it's your efforts that counts the most. So behavior change is actually very challenging, but it's conquerable and mini. Changes are easy to implement. They work best for as becoming habits

Or in the other hand, if you have chosen the future traveling to future option to which year you will you would like to skip to and what you would advise your past self or your future self? This may be something out of the box question, I think, but somehow I feel like asking this. Okay, thank you very much. So

So my question would be please help us, please register how to get a very good skin tone and how to reduce weight and how to maintain the weight by not getting more hunger or how we keep our tummy full without eating. Yeah, this would be my question. And don't curse me for asking this question or something, because I know how nutritionist it's difficult to complete that particular course and how to maintain that in the current generation
It's about overall and holistic well being of a person. And there are many unhealthy misconceptions about weight loss. But to reduce your weight and keep it off, you need to make small little changes to your lifestyle. If you're carrying excess weight, changing the way you eat, increasing your physical activity, looking after your sleep pattern, staying away from stress is a way that you can continue over the longer term. And it is the best way to lose and maintain your weight
And I don't like to dwell in the past, so I don't want to spend my energy on what has already happened. And what I am today is all because of my past. So I am very grateful for all the past experiences I had and I really don't want to change anything about that. Only if I had a chance to just quickly visit the past and meet somebody from the history, that would be a great thing, but definitely not past
