That is a very nice question you have raised in any relationship, be it with your parents, your siblings, your partner, your friends or your colleagues respect for each other is very important. Respect for each other's words. Respect for each other's time. Respect for each other's beliefs, their boundaries, respect for their space. And I've been raised in such a way that I will give you the same amount of respect, the same amount when I say is the same amount of respect that you give me, if you give me your 100% of respect, I'll give you 100%
