And with this newfound realization, this shy girl me, I embarked on her journey of self discovery. And with each passing day, I grew stronger. Until today. I would say I have fallen in love once again, but this time with myself, because I realized that my worth wasn't determined by the opinions of others or by fitting into societal molds, I today embrace my unique qualities

What's really responsible for causing so much of vulnerability within us is our own self. We try to hold ourselves back from achieving what we are much capable of achieving. And it's not because of physical appearances, it's not because of any lack of academic achievements in our school days that we are not able to live to our truest self. We are not able to acknowledge our real self. Many of the times it's because of the opinions of the people around us
