And moreover, what I personally feel is that when you are taking yourself on the path of rediscovery, reinventing yourself, it becomes important that you practice mindfulness so that you can become more aware of your weaknesses, of your pains, of your sufferings, of your strengths, and then you can start working accordingly on yourself
