Don’t blame your metabolism for weight loss !

As the sun goes down, your metabolic rate goes down. So if you want to indulge in, I tell my clients and even I do this if you want to indulge in cheat meal or a desert, the best time to do is in lunchtime. On the other hand, a heavy meal at night can be very hard. For our body to digest and it won't support our metabolism

So I would say just rely on home cooked food, fresh food, organic food. Now, let me tell you what cripples your metabolism. Any sort of crash or fat dieting that asks you to starve your way to weight loss can break down your metabolism into bits. Ask somebody who has tried any diet under the sun and how their metabolism has taken a hit. You'll get a clear picture about that. The right lifestyle change can improve your metabolism, where the wrong ones can cripple it

But we don't actually try to understand what exactly is wrong with us, what we are doing, why it's happening, how, or what kind of changes that we can bring in ourselves such that we can avoid all those things. So there's a lot of things to keep in mind and lot of things that we need to follow. So instead of blaming things, one thing in life is very important
