Tips on journaling

So when both are connected so whatever is in your mind, you are releasing it on your journal and you are stress free so the body doesn't accumulate the stress and it is not shown on the function of the organs. So this is a little early to say about this stuff, but if you think about it, clearly you'll understand how our emotions are controlling us. So when you're angry on somebody or you're stressed, I tend to eat a lot

Hello. Hi. Thanks for sharing these tips. I have been journaling for quite many years now and I totally agree with you when you talk about the benefits of writing your heart out. Some of the things that have really helped me is of course, like you said, online prompts of just picking that one question and then not thinking about anything else and just writing whatever comes to your mind for however long, however short, in whatever language
