Yes, it helped me in many ways by giving me the clarity. For example, if an incident happens so we always take our stand and we see others as the one who did the wrong. But while writing you slow down, your thoughts slow down and you start thinking properly. So what happened was I could see what is wrong and what is not and what was the right thing to do. So I could think to myself and I started knowing myself more better

So it's basically a kind of self development and self analysis that we do the moment we start journal writing. So I actually recommend and suggest everyone to start this, because the moment you start this, you start looking at the world with a different perspective. Thank you

I still practice writing and I still have many diaries, including a gratitude diary, which helps me a lot. And I still consider writing to be the most best form of therapy that I have, where I talk to myself, I share the deepest, funniest, saddest, worst, ugliest thoughts with myself, and it just feels better after that writing session
