I have spent over 27 years in leadership positions for both public and private organizations as a frontline supervisor, a team leader, a departmental director, a program coordinator, and an executive director. Over twelve years have been spent leading training and development departments. I've also been a professional facilitator and performance improvement coach. I've worked with Adjudicated and at risk youth, youth with behavior disorders and mental health issues, individuals with intellectual disabilities, and seniors and senior living facilities
