I have to learn to not group them all into the same place before I can deal with another man or woman or whatever else I choose to dated. And as adults, I have this question have you ever taken that step back and thought are you really truly ready to be in a relationship? Are you really ready to give yourself to someone and be there for someone?

So you sit in the football game or poetry slam or something that your other person likes, because that's what being in a relationship is. So you've got to actually get out there and do it again. Not you, because like I said, if you're not ready I know that feeling. I've been there. But when you get ready, you're going to have to jump in and put all this work that you've been doing. Now you got to put it to use

And generally we just think about, oh, sex. No, intimacy is about talking. And if I can't connect with a person, I just can't have sex. And I realize this thing, but I'm not this one nightstand person, which is there's nothing wrong or right about it, but I'm not just one of them. So don't try. Don't hold yourself. It's absolutely normal, since the best part is you're going to a therapist
