I've been trying to be more alert and being there for my kids and trying to break generational curses. And I feel, personally, it's different this time. I honestly feel like I'm taking the lessons I've been learning in therapy in this season of my life and actually taking them into action. And not just like, oh, yeah, I've learned this and not using it. But yes. Anyone else can add on to this if you want to, if you hear this

Now I am at 385 pounds and I'm trying to get back to the weight I was comfortable at, which was in the it sounds crazy. You'd figure I wouldn't want to get to 100 and be super skinny, but I've always been a bigger girl and I was happier. My happiest weight was when I was in the loved it had curves. I was happy then. So my body to me was perfect. So that's what I want back

I even admitted to some of my flaws out loud to other people, including that I know I'm not ready to be in a relationship yet because someone was trying to ask me, and I was like, I know I'm not ready to be in a relationship yet, so no. Which I am proud of myself. Just like I said
