Your recording horror stories?

article image placeholderUploaded by @PodcastVSPlayer
Hello. Hope everyone is well today. I'm currently editing a video that was recorded last week and we're in a bit of problem with the footage. Luckily, nothing has been lost, but it is a bit of a nightmare. So, question to everyone, what similar recording nightmares have you lost? For you lost an entire episode of something you've recorded? Have you had to, like, quickly try and patch things up because things haven't gone quite as planned? Let me know

What are some of your recording stories where things haven't gone as planned?

And the actor director, the lighting person, just the sound recorder, everyone had to come in again because of me. So that was pretty I felt quite bad about that, but they were kind. But I obviously did not really learn much. But you know, maybe it's time I teach myself again cause I would like to avoid that happening

@r.o

I think it's natural to feel bad when anything goes wrong, not just in recording content, but just in general. But I think we do have to remember it's not always our fault and sometimes it's a sign that we're doing too much and trying to get it all done in one go
