Good morning. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful piece and it was wonderful. Okay, stepping aside from what you said, I would like to focus on how you said it. The calm and the calm that you presented while reading, pronouncing each word without any urs, of course, was really, really wonderful and made the content much more relatable and understandable. It was almost like speaking to the best or listening to the best mentor in the world

Absolutely right. We have different goals, different visions, different objectives in our life and everyone is having their own stories and unique experiences. So journey might be the same, but the experience of that journey totally different for each and everyone. So that's a wonderful piece and thank you for sharing and reminding this particular fact. Little Self-love Reminders That Make a Big Difference

And it's kind of like the. It's a decompressing activity, and at the end of it, it makes. It puts a smile on my face. Another self love reminder is that if you're tired, take a power nap or just sleep. If you are sad, exercise. If you're angry, you can listen to music and get all of that energy out and understand that anger is not the emotion of anger is there for a reason, and what is it trying to tell you?
