So Mara is all the uneasy sort of discursive interruptive thoughts, feelings that we have in our body and in our mind that disrupt peace or the entertainment of peace

So I do apologize, but I feel like I should try and remember someone, maybe put some in the way, but I just wanted to say thank you so much. As always, I've only recently heard the term radical acceptance and started to explore it a little bit. I definitely think it's something that I would find useful and would like to incorporate more into my life and how I tweak how I cope with things basically
