But I have been going through themes and a little bit busy in my daily life, so I have not been on Swell to post, but tonight I am going to be posting several pieces to kind of catch up a little bit. So this is a new piece that I wrote just a day ago for one of my beautiful poet friends here on Swell at Lolo Flow. Laura, this is for you

You're always so powerful and you have this way of saying things and speaking that gets right to the core of the truth. And so this more justice leaning type of theme, I think is something that if you want to keep doing it now, I'm kind of of the mind that we should just do what feels the best to us unless we're really being nudged by spirit to do something

You. This was a deceptively powerful piece. It almost crept up on you by stealth. The way you recite with such calm assurance. It was like almost like a guilty conscience. You know that this thing is eating away at you. It will get the better of you in the end, gently gnawing away. And I like the kind of crescendo of the piece. It's like you're an iron fist in a velvet glove
