Hi. Hello. My name is Terry Spalding. I have been changing tires in the NASCAR cup series for 25 years this year. I am currently the pit crew coach at Joe Gibbs racing for their three Xfinity teams, and I also still change tires for Haley Deegan in the NASCAR craftsman truck series. Just going to talk to you about NASCAR racing and mostly, probably the pit crew side of it. On the weekends, I will hopefully talk to some of the other changers carriers jackmen on pit road
