The process of starting over!
My heart still hurts, but then that lets me know that I'm able to really love a person authentically and be in love with a person authentically. And I know now what I want from what I don't want, what I need from what I don't need, what I'm willing to accept and not tolerate and exercise healthy boundaries and the power of no and everything that I need to stand up for myself with and empower myself on those kinds of things
Hey, wow. My heart and my spirit goes out to you. I know in a nutshell the sensations that you're feeling, obviously there's very different emotions, and I would never claim that I know exactly how you're feeling. But that transition phase, that moving into the unknown, that cyclical spiral that shows only revisitation with new perspectives, I think it's healthy to always consider that we're never going backwards, we're always going forwards
However, I'm grateful for the lessons. I'm grateful for the awareness of self and I'm able to share it with others. So it's definitely I'm not going to say a curse. It's a gift that I was able to really experience it and have the strength and the resilience to get out the time that I did. So thank you for this
