You. I was in my late 40s when I signed up for Crossfit. First, let me explain that I've never been an athletic person. I never played sports. I did not have a regular exercise routine. If I want 80 pounds for my last set, you got to do like 90, 95, 100. So we tease each other back and forth, but it's really family. And everyone encourages you. And, yes, you're right. You have those moments of self doubt, one that gets me every single time. And my trainer says it to me, he goes, jl, you're in your head. You are in your head because you can do this. Are power cleans

You. Hi Jl, it sounds like you know exactly what I'm talking about. And it's funny you mentioned power cleans because that was my last big win and we've been working on them off and on since I joined the gym which was like a year and a half ago but we had been specifically working on them for like 1012 weeks leading up to what we all testing day
