Because we all follow the hustle and bustle of our day and time that we don't take time out for ourselves. Time out just to relax. Time out just to sleep more. I know the last few weeks and months I've been averaging maybe five, 6 hours of sleep per day. And after a while, that wears you down. And I really felt it yesterday in which I was walking around the supermarket, couldn't even finish my sentences because I was so tired and so worn down
