The Open and Tour end in snooze fests: Do you still tune in when sports are all but decided?

And he takes his second consecutive Tour de France home and in the British Open or the Open, I still can't get used to that. Brian Harmon goes to a five stroke lead on day two going into the weekend and really never let up. Now, on Saturday, he maintained that lead, but a few big time hitters like John Rom started to inch in and get a little bit closer than they were, but still five strokes behind

It really depends.

If I'm really bored or if the team that I normally follow isn't on, I'll check something else out. But generally speaking, I stick to what I like. So usually I'll watch it to the very end, except for those extreme circumstances, which I just told you about. But, yeah, it's very well documented on a swell cast that I have a hard time with change, and that extends to sports watching. I don't usually adopt new teams

Also…

But that's another reason why I might not always be 100% paying attention to it, but I always have the games on in the background if I'm not watching it, because it might be blowout when I'm watching it. But if I just give it some time and keep it on in the background, sometimes it tightens up and I can go back to watching it. But yeah, so it depends on what's going on and sometimes there's a comeback
