Opening arguments were held today, and it's clear that the prosecutors will be setting out that there was business improprieties done, falsifying of business records, 34 counts of which, but they're also claiming that this was done with the intent to influence the election. Now, it might be easy, from what I can tell, to prove that the falsifying of business records occurred. The second one, I think, will be much, much tougher to actually prove
