It has nothing to do with what the general election is, and furthermore, doesn't really address what happens when somebody who is not eligible to run actually gets voted in. Then it goes to Congress
We can talk about anything else, but politics gets under her nerves, and I understand why it gets under my nerves, but I can't help but still follow it. Anyhow, I'm curious with respect to, and I'm not talking about the decision regarding, or the pending decision on Trump in the Colorado ballot, the primary ballot, but the immunity decision or the lack of immunity that the appellate court just decided. Past year, it doesn't seem like they do much of legislating, but they could always write a law to kind of either reinforce something ambiguous or just really just write a new law. But I have never heard or don't know of any way that Supreme Court would defer to Congress on something like that. That something's already in the court. So that does not sound right to me
So I hope this mess gets cleared up so the american people find out one way or another as to which direction we're going. But I'll be honest with you. Outside of this.
