I mean, these are big guys and they got to push people around a little bit. They pushed the US around. How they handle Messi and how they handle some of the strikers here. For Argentina, to me, is going to be the difference between a win and a loss here. But I really don't have any feeling on who's going to get the upper hand of who. I think it's just going to be a fantastic match
Alright, so we are really moving into the exciting phase of this tournament. Not to say that the rest of it hasn't been exciting. Boy, it has been quite the World Cup. I mean, you can say what you want about the politics. I wasn't really looking forward to the tournament, but the games have really delayed, delivered some serious upsets. I mean, wow. And we're going into this knockout phase with some really heavy hitting bouts on the bill

That is not coming in, is not succumbing to the pressure, that's not nervous. They are loose, but not loose enough that they're not taking the game seriously. And that's exactly what I see with Brazil. I just see them as a loose, loose team. And the creativity that's a team that you want being loose with the creative players that they have
But they just have a way of defending magnificently when they need to and making teams really exert a lot of energy over the course of the 90 minutes. And now you have a Brazil side. I mean, granted, they have a tremendous amount of attacking depth, but they're going into this extra period when they probably expected they would not need to. And it's taxing on players to play additional time in a tournament and to do penalty shootouts. Penalties are no joke
You have to take your chances better. There is no other excuse here or there's no other thing that I could say that would explain the result of this game. You had one team that didn't take their chances well enough and you have another team that when they had that one chance. That one chance. I mean, it was literally Croatia's first shot on target the whole game. They made it count. Unbelievable stuff here. Who knows what is in store the rest of this tournament?

You know, it's funny because I always take a look at a person's demeanor and try to predict whether I think that pressure is getting to them and you can see the people that are going to miss and the people that are going to make it. And I have to tell you, I actually remarked about this during the kicks. I was like, look at the faces. Look at the determination of those Croatia players
Yeah, you know, Phil, body language is a big thing, but also the goal that was scored for Croatia came off of a deflection right off of Marquinos. So, you know, that that was something that he was thinking about. Is it my fault that we're in this position? On top of that, I just read I was thinking to myself, Marquinos, have I ever seen him in a penalty shootout?
