#TellYourStory What's your Toys R Us story?

article image placeholderUploaded by @Phil
I don't want to grow up. Fun toys. Wicked the guy million toys of Toys R US that I can play with. There's a lot of you that have to remember that commercial, the Toys R US commercial. I don't want to grow up. I'm a Toys R US kid. It's probably been years since I've actually heard that jingle, but yet I know every word by heart, and aren't the lyrics just great? I'm Toys R US kid

I miss this place, especially during the holidays

That's something that I love so much and is not even something that I would necessarily attribute to just Toys r Us, but sort of those timed releases back in the day. I just remember there being such a sense of community and camaraderie around these things and events that we just don't really see that much anymore, especially with things being so accessible online. I remember that not just for toy releases, but for new video games, new movies

Thank you for this beautiful podcast. I too, miss Toys R US. I remember going there several times with my nephews and nieces, and yes, it was a different experience altogether. And now we're never going to have that. So it is definitely going to be missed always. Thank you for sharing this. Have a lovely day. Bye
