And whether John Wooden actually won one with Purdue is a little bit up for debate. But there's all sorts of stories that really come to mind. He had these golf outtakes that you can look up on YouTube. He really did have a temper when he actually played golf. And this comes through and is quite amusing to me, actually. And there's also the stories about Michael Jordan. He actually predicted that Michael Jordan would be a very good player, if not the best of all time

The video showed him throwing balls at players faces, throwing basketballs in the back of a player for missing a layup, or what have you. But Bob Knight never took things. That's just Bob Knight's, someone that's just hard to emulate. One thing I also want to mention about Bob Knight is that he coached at Texas Tech for a few years

I, for one, just can't justify everything that he ever did, but I can justify the impact that he had on a lot of young men's lives and made them better people. And if you're able to do that to make the world a better place with the impact on people that you coach, I think it's life well lived. Thanks, Ed. I really appreciate your comments. Thank you
