Observing yourself pt 2

Dad didn't get it for me, so I throw a temper tantrum. Okay? As an adult, I needed money to pay for my phone bill, and it didn't happen, so I throw a temper tantrum. These are all the same reactions and thought processes, so I challenge you to observe those. Go back. Try to remember exactly where that thought came from, and start making micro changes on it. Go back and remember that time. Okay? I did not get the toy

But I think this I think this is this is the way it's it's becoming conscious of the behaviors that we've learned that we've, like, inherited from our childhoods or from whatever circumstances and then making little changes just every day. Yeah, I think that's the only way. And I really used to be a person who could not envision, like, the long run. I couldn't see myself making these changes in, like, yeah, for the long haul

And it does take a long time for us to even envision in the long run how we're going to even keep these changes. It's just kind of like, revolts back to like, well, I've always done it this way, and it's true, you've always done it that way. And what I hope to help people realize is that we can use that to our advantage
