Do you have what it takes to be a fighter?

And there's just this thing that I like about fighters, especially the ones who are undefeated. It's not just being the best for 25 minutes. That's actually the easy part. And just like life, we have to train. And not only do they train at a gym, they don't just train jabbing and positioning and technique. What do they have to do outside of that gym is what fascinates me. What mindset do they keep when they leave the gym? Do they go party?

And as you were talking about the fighter mindset, the other thing I wanted, I don't know if you've ever looked into the Hagakuri, which is basically the art of the samurai. It's written by Yamamoto Sunitomo, and it's really interesting to see because if you really want to look at that warrior mindset, the samurai were so well versed in war, and they were so disciplined in nature. But this is the Samurai mindset

I rolled with Mark Kapman. Rolled with Uncle Creepy. Uncle Creepy. What's his name? D***, I can't remember his name. He fought Mighty Mouse, too. Ian McCall. Ian McCall. Right. Uncle creepy McCall. And then Nate. Nate. Nate was really, really cool. Yeah, all those guys are really cool. I love mixed martial arts. And then since we're on it too, I feel like you like to talk about mixed martial arts too

I watched some MMA, and I know quite a bit about it with John Jones. Supremely talented individual, also a supreme idiot, based on all the things that he's done and all suspensions and his drug use and whatnot. Against Cyril Ghana, though, it really comes down to how well does Jones move with increased weight on him? But Ganye is a really good striker. He's always been a great striker. And Jones is a great striker, too

So I don't see people the size of, like, Cain Velasquez, the size of Dosanto's kind of coming back and overtaking the heavyweight division. I think they're going to be big guys. They're going to be big guys like Jones are going to be big guys like Francis. Now that move just as fast as the lightweight. But dude, the have, he's just I don't know, man
