And having that morning routine reminds me and your stress level f****** goes down. I am telling you this. I am literally saying that this is just a scientific fact. Your stress level will go down because now your body will know that when it wakes up, it's going to do something for itself. So guess what? No stress hormones in the morning. No heart raised. And just so you know, your body's on a biological clock too
