Raiders…..not very classy? Carr to blame?

Hi. Doing something completely random here. I just want to kind of get my thoughts out on this. I am very upset with the Raiders organization for how they treated a quarterback of nine years. This one really touched me, because I see this a lot. I see this a lot with people who give the third time, who gave their holidays, who gave their everything for a company or for a person, only to be treated like you were a mistake

So he was disappointed but I don't think he was too upset because he gets a little bit passionate about players in sports. I think this is a reminder to everyone or at least it should be that we're replaceable. Does it suck? H*** yeah. I'm sure he has responsibilities just like you and I mean his responsibilities may cost a little bit more than ours but we're all replaceable

And I think you probably would have enjoyed sports, it sounds like, to me anyways, probably 30, 40 years ago, if not earlier than that, when players kind of stuck around with the franchise a lot more and just kind of stuck it through and develop more of a following with the local community and sounds like David Carr is kind of that throwback kind of person and you don't know what goes on behind closed doors. And I think that's exactly what you're referring to

I don't know if it's just because I met the guy, I met him a few times, met his wife, his kids, death. Family was just so well put together and it was really motivating just to see like a high functioning family put together who link well together. They're very, very religious and yeah, I was very, very impressed. I was extremely impressed with Derek, extremely impressed with Heather, extremely impressed with David. David was an extremely impressive guy

But they're still human. These are still boys. Yeah, they're men, they're grown men. But these boys have known nothing but football, the gym, the field, those pads that smell. And they're brothers. That's all they know. The only thing that happens is they get better and they make more money. That is it. So they still have that mentality. So I understand how emotional it must be

I don't know if I'd go as far as to say this is all ploy to bring Brady in, but the first thing I'd look at is how much, say, Josh Daniels has on personnel decisions. And I know he has a very good relationship with Ziggler. They work together in Denver, they work together in New England. And I would take an educated guess and say that Ziggler will listen to Josh McDaniels, especially with his opinions on QB's
