You know, like, hey, I don't like that thing that we grasp when I was a nine year old, you know, like, we grasped onto that for some reason, and for some reason, this has turned into a trait. I don't like that. So now I get to go back and say, ah, I identified it and I get to do whatever I want with it and being able to handle those thoughts
