And I tell you what, the best thing about playing music live on stage, especially as a metal musician with the type of fans in that scene, is when you're on stage and you actually are getting glimpses of their faces and you're just seeing these people not give a f*** about any of their problems. And it, to me, was very therapeutic. It's very motivating, it's very meditative. I honestly never really remembered my performances on stage
